Revanth Ayinala is instrumental to our organization. His experience in analysis and his insights into global education are a real asset. He honed his skills at the U.S. Government Accountability Office and Amazon, developing research, evaluation, and decision-making skills. Now, students gain directly from his experience as they work through the college and study-abroad processes. Revanth has a knack for finding admissions routes and scholarship chances that others miss. He knows how college admissions work and what committees want. He helps students build profiles that stand out. Revanth represented India at Harvard in 2015 and has been part of several global programs increasing his global academic view. By mixing strong analysis with real admissions know-how, he guides students toward smart, unique ways to get into their top-choice universities.

Sri Vinati Karre is key to our team. Her global education, leadership skills, and smart guidance really help students. She knows public policy and world issues well. She did research with an Ivy League professor and spoke for India at Harvard in 2025. She's also been part of many world programs. Vinati led clubs at her university and in her department. There, she got good at leading, planning, and working with different groups. She wants to work in public service, so she looks at each student's info carefully. She uses research, a world view, and a system-based way of thinking to make a real difference. Vinati is great at making student applications and CVs the best they can be. She finds and grows their hidden skills, organizes their wins well, and shows each person clearly and in a special way. She helps students show all their potential in tough applications.
